We all carry stories, some empower us, while others keep us feeling stuck. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, disordered eating, addiction, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can occur.
My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing the important connection between mind, body, emotions, relationships, and lifestyle. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be holding you back, build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self, values, and personal strengths. My goal is to help you create greater balance, self-awareness, and well-being in all areas of your life.
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, addiction and substance use concerns, social anxiety, workplace stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties. Using an integrative, evidence-based, and client-centred approach, I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based approaches. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.
Grounded in mindfulness, self-compassion, and whole-person wellness, I believe lasting change happens when we address not only thoughts and emotions but also the daily habits, relationships, and lifestyle factors that contribute to overall health. In addition to my counselling work, I have a strong interest in wellness, movement, and healthy lifestyle practices and am currently completing my Fitness Instructor certification, further supporting my holistic perspective on mental and physical well-being.
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a Human Resources Management Certificate. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in diverse settings, I bring both professional expertise and genuine compassion to the therapeutic process.
Healing and growth are possible. You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I invite you to reach out for a consultation and explore how therapy can support you in creating a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.
