We all carry stories—some empower us, others confine us. If you’re struggling with anxiety, disordered eating, addiction, or low self-confidence, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can reframe your narrative, develop new skills, and reconnect with your strengths.
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating eating disorders, depression, anxiety, addiction, social phobias, and relationship challenges. My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches. These modalities allow us to address unhelpful thoughts, build resilience, and create lasting change.
Grounded in mindfulness, strengths-based practice, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience, I work collaboratively to help you cultivate awareness, acceptance, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll tailor therapy to your unique needs, values, and goals.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Work from York University (2012), and a Human Resources Certificate, with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families in diverse settings.
Healing and growth are possible. You don’t have to navigate this alone—I invite you to reach out for a consultation and see how therapy can support you in living a fuller, more authentic life.
