As a Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I believe in fostering a space where you feel truly supported and empowered. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology since 2011 and 14 years of experience as a Social Worker – including significant time in Child Welfare and working with Veterans – I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many individuals on their journeys including the tough times and the good times.
I firmly believe that anyone facing mental health stress deserves a space where they feel safe to be themselves, to be understood without reservation, and to receive compassionate guidance. My therapy is built on a warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented foundation. I prioritize developing strong rapport with each client, ensuring you feel comfortable and understood in a safe, non-judgmental space. I see my role as a guide, providing you with the tools and insights to navigate challenges and achieve your aspirations. Whether you’re a preteen, adolescent, or adult, we’ll work together using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My passion for travel isn’t just a hobby; it’s a way I continually learn and grow. Exploring different cultures and belief systems around the world helps me embrace new ways of thinking, which in turn deepens my empathy and informs my work with clients.
