With a Master’s in Counselling & Psychology with distinction and a Bachelor of Nursing, she specializes in trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, and mental wellness for youth, adults, and athletes. Tracey is passionate about making therapy accessible and helping clients unburden, recenter, and become their fullest selves.
